At World Travelers and Tours, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds for our group travel experiences. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Cancellation and Refund Guidelines

  1. Cancellation Period: You may cancel your booking and request a refund up to 30 or more days before the scheduled trip departure date.

  2. Refund Method: Refunds will not be issued as cash but will be provided in the form of a credit that can be used to book another trip with World Travelers and Tours.

  3. Credit Validity: The credit for the canceled trip will remain valid for a period of 12 months/ 1 years from the date of cancellation. It can be used to book any other trip offered by World Travelers and Tours within this validity period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a canceled trip, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@worldtravelers.co.za with your booking details, including your name, trip details, and the reason for cancellation.

  2. Processing Time: We will process your refund request within 7 after receiving your email.

  3. Credit Notification: Once your refund request is approved, we will send you a notification with the credit details and validity period.

Exceptions

  1. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled trip departure date are not eligible for refunds or credits.

  2. No-Show: If you do not show up for the trip without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

  3. Third-Party Bookings: If you booked your trip through a third-party agent or website, please refer to their cancellation and refund policies.

Changes to Your Booking

If you need to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling or transferring your reservation to another person, please contact us at info@worldtravelers.co.za. Changes may be subject to additional fees or conditions.
